Refunds

Customer service and satisfaction is very important to us and our business.
However, as all our products are custom made for the individuals size and own slogan we cannot offer a refund in general terms. In the rare occasion where there is a manufacturing or printing fault we will offer you an exchange, you however, will have to return it to us, within 7 days of receiving the product. Please ask for a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office (these are free)
